Their was another law requiring the POTUS to be a Natural Born Citizen and the courts are all ignoring that one, they will do the same with this one.

The problem is not the states, but the counties. Almost every state has at least several counties which are red. I guess the red counties in say western PA could secede and join Ohio, making Ohio solidly red. Pretty soon, the big cities would become enclaves.
