Ah...er....um....is it related to “self defense?” If it is, does that mean that "the right of the people to keep and bear arms" does not extend to keeping and bearing arms for offensive use?

Ah...er....um....is it related to “self defense?” This isn't a right to punch holes in paper targets and (with advance permission from the EPA and from PETA) to hunt? Who would have guessed.
