Alcohol-related offenses? What, is TSA conducting Breathalyzer checks now?

Being 19, it could just be possession.

is TSA conducting Breathalyzer checks now? If a person is on a plane or in an airport acting like a total idiot, they don't need a Breathalyzer to arrest him for disorderly conduct. Perhaps the police did a BAC test when they were called.

The newspaper quotes Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Lt. Blake Hollar as saying it's possible Paul was served alcohol on the flight from Lexington, Ky., to Charlotte. Are you allowed to serve alcohol to a nineteen year old? If not, did he present fake ID?.
