when government shows porn to kids, tells them its okay to sleep around at 11, hands them a condom and says “have fun”.

You think the first amendment covers that?

When government funded orgs are handing out booklets that tell teens and kids with HIV-AIDS they do not have to tell their “partners” about their disease, this is also first amendment?

I don’t agree. I think its a crime.

“I don’t agree. I think its a crime.”

It could be, but it depends on the local obscenity standards. The Supreme Court has refused time and again to set a specific federal standard, because what is obscene in Biloxi may be par for the course in San Francisco.

If you want to stop the local schools from promoting that trash, then get your local authorities to enforce the local obscenity laws. You’re not going to get anywhere on the federal level, it’s a dead end.
