I’m fortunate that my total premiums are very low, because I have good insurance with my company, although partly that is because the first few thousand is deductable (then they give us many incentives to do things that add money to a fund that can be used to pay the deductables, like a HSA but part of the insurance).

Still, my premiums for the medical part of my benefits went up a whopping 40%.

And I am limited to $2500 in my medical savings account, which I haven’t figured out if that will be a problem or not, because this will be the first year I put that much into the account.

Do you mean FSA or MSA, the FSA has a $2,500 limit, I am not sure about MSA's, they are going away and most folks have HSA's.

HSA's will be made un-afforable as they need to conform to the "Qualified Plan" and in essence they will be made illegal.

GM, Obamacare, and the Sibilius Mandate, all are the destruction of Contract Law, he is turning us into a Country where we will question all Contracts, he is heading us towards becoming the next Soviet Union.
