When U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) said she would introduce legislation to place a ban on assault weapons, former U.S. Marine Cpl. Joshua Boston did not sit idly by. Instead he penned an open letter to the Senator that has gone viral gaining mass attention.

In response to Boston’s letter, Feinstein released this statement:...

I applaud this young man for taking a stand and being courageous enough to not only write the letter, but also to speak out in defense of doing it. God bless him - and keep him safe from the whackos who are threatening him.

Threatening a Marine who knows all about assault weapons?

“Senator Feinstein respects Cpl. Boston’s service. She has heard from thousands of people — including many gun owners — who support her plan to stop the sale, transfer, importation and manufacturing of assault weapons and large capacity magazines, strips and drums that hold more than 10 rounds. As Senator Feinstein has said, the legislation will be carefully focused to protect the rights of existing gun owners by exempting hundreds of weapons used for hunting and sporting purposes.”

Just noise from little mama boy's sitting in their parents basement writing anonymously because they don't have the kahuna’s to ever act out their bellicose penmanship.... This shouldn't scare a Cub Scout, forget about it scaring a combat veteran Marine....

Ok, but will it protect the right of the people to ensure the security of a free state? The second amendment is not about sports or hunting. She knows that, right?

You really need to learn how to use apostrophes. You're making an ass of yourself.

I’m sure Feinstein’s response will be

weapon: noun 1. any instrument or device for use in attack or defense in combat, fighting, or war, such as a sword, rifle, or cannon.

Since when does hunting/sporting require a weapon?

Feinstein, a lying liberal leftist - what's new? As for death treats from a pimple faced computer geek leftist living in their mom's basements or under the stairs, bring it. It is ironic that some morons are threatening with bodily harm someone who disagrees on their gun policies - what asinine freaks!

Where - specifically - does it say in the Bill of Rights that the right to bear arms pertains only to "hunting"?
