Ok, I was listening carefully up until part two where the interviewer stated this was like 9/11 where you have to believe a hundred magic bullet theories to believe the official story. That was the end to me. The interviewer lost credibility and I would dismiss this entire interview as nonsense.

Anyone who thinks 9/11 was an "inside job" is a "Nut job".

There are definitely questions that need to be answered but when you bring in conspiracy theory to 9/11 you've lost me.

9/11 was a conspiracy. A small group of Islamic Radicals conspired to pull it off.

That's my usual response to "There was a Conspiracy!" with regards to 9/11. Most definitely there was one, and they managed to pull it off.

I used to think that. Maybe some ineptitude, maybe the legacy of the Gorelick Memo allowed the events of that day. Then I saw video of Building 7 coming down and I wasn't so sure.

What was the end result of 9/11?

No, not for Iraq (how did they get in there, anyway?), nor for the Afghans, who have seen armies come and go, and of course Bin Laden, whom we are told is dead.

Not the bad guys, but for Americans?

The TSA, DHS, the Patriot Act, the routing monitoring of ALL electronic communications, the incessant gun control drum--only they are not letting go this time, gropings in airports after tons of jacknives, embroidery scissors, and fingernail clippers were confiscated, not to mention tanker cars of shampoo and other ointments and unguents.

Are we any safer, really?

No.

But we are poked and prodded, scanned and listened in on, deprived of property, privacy, dignity, and the right to travel unmolested and Government has grown fatter and more ravenous as a result.

SO what happened on 9/11?

America lost.

If we had won that war on terror (now aimed at conservatives who believe in the Bible and the Constitution) our lives would not have changed. We would have buried our dead, created more of theirs, and brought our boys home.

Instead the US Government is/was distributing weapons to criminals, granting weapons and foreign aid to our stated enemies, and treating us like we are terrorists--all the while our enemies are emboldened by our stupidity.

You'll miss a lot if you automatically assume that anyone who discusses the various inconsistencies that surround 9/11. Just because there was hinky stuff going on with the investigation and some of the general weirdness that surrounds some of the things that happened that day doesn't mean it was an inside job. Some of is related to the government not being willing to let us know about certain tools and methods. As a fer instance, they want us to just accept (or more conveniently, forget) that they claimed to have found Atta's passport in the rubble of the building on day one or two. This is similar to the PTB trying to convince us that the governor of OK was the person who found the axel with the serial number on it the morning of the OKC bombing.

There are strange things that happen around these types of situations, and it is silly to discount anything someone says because they have general issues with the official story.
