It’s no wonder that the ed establishment came down hard on Rhee’s rankings - if you look at her methodology, it’s largely focused on evaluation and accountability. Those factors to public school educrats are like holy water to vampires.
There is no such thing in any public educational bureaucracy in this country as a fair evaluation.
