Comedian-turned-unfortunate-loudmouth Victoria Jackson made some extremely controversial comments following the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, CT last week, though they're not surprising to anyone familiar with her politics. (She said she was disgusted with Christians after Barack Obama won the election, and that America died. She's also said that rape pregnancies are a blessing.)
On her Facebook, the Tea Party member wrote: "My friend Jim Riley posted: 'Wasn't the Connecticut killer just doing what abortionists do every day? It's a wonder we don't have more 20 year old "dads" doing what women and doctors have been an accomplice to for years in America. When you forget the TEN COMMANDMENTS, people, THIS is what you get.'"
Commenters quickly took her to task, outraged at her suggestion that the suffering families in Newtown somehow deserved their pain. Jackson, however, remains unapologetic.
"I don't regret anything I have said," she tells Huffington Post. "I meant that the grieving I feel for the Newtown children and parents is the same grieving I feel for aborted fetuses. Obama is milking this for political reasons. We need no more gun laws but should rather enforce the ones we have."
She adds, "It is the saddest day. They'll miss birthdays, wedding, having their own children. I pray supernatural comfort for each grieving mother, father, sister, brother and grandparent and friends in Newtown," says Victoria.

I think she’s right on and saying things that need to be said, and for whatever reason .. talked about.

She is right. However, I would rather a current actress say it than some has been that nobody takes seriously. It would have been awesome to hear Tina Fey say such a thing....lol. I know dreaming. But somebody that has been in a movie the last 20 years would have been helpful....lol.
Whatever restrictions the liberals place on guns should also be applied to instruments and solutions for abortions.
And sites/ media like PuffHo are going after every deflection they can to put conservatives on the defensive to disarm them (pun unintended, sorry) re their gun grab.
It may have been a case of foot & mouth to some extent, but she’s right to point out the hypocrisy/ exploitation.

Now we have Gabby Giffords and Husband out there telling us the more children are murdered by guns here in the US than anywhere in the world.
Sobering statistic to be sure but, more children are killed around the world than here in the US.
Look at Rwanda. Hundreds of thousands children killed....by machete...

To be sure, we could cite statistics that prove more children are killed in the US each by other means than by guns and violently so.
Strongly suspect this is a not entirely accurate paraphrase of whatever she may have said.
Suspect she may have said something along the lines that even a child conceived in rape is a blessing. Which I agree with.
But it's the child that is a good thing, not the rape.

My 'internet' pastor said the same thing...the people of Connecticut murder far more children on a daily basis than the number killed at that school. Victoria is spot on, and the squealing commies can't handle it.

G-d takes her seriously. If people choose to ignore her words based on her current status in the entertainment field; that is their problem. Hope they like it hot.
