I'm really intrigued with the Springfield XDS my own self, based only on what I've read about it for now.

Maybe Santa Claus will bring me one later this year.

I think you’ll still within the Christmas period — I would get it NOW! I’ve shot Glock alot - had to per regulation to carry that weapon hot in Iraq...but nothing compares to the old standard - tested in combat - served this nation well - than an 1911!

I’ve seen and held the XDS - but I’m kinda off of the composite lower style of weapons — but if that’s the weapon that suits you - then get it - train with it - and carry it!

It really depends on the user - scary things are happening - I went on line yesterday trying to find anyone that has 30rd magazines for AR15/M4 rifles in .223/5.56 - and all I got was, “Out of Stock” -— if some of the people were armed before Sandy Hook and Fienstein’s meddling - now ALL the people are armed with something...

Get it now before we are all buying percussion cap .44cal pistol and walking around like Blondie(Clint Eastwood)...
