We HAVE to return to Classical education and phonics before Dewey. Otherwise—excellence in our children will be non existent.

There is no return. there are no teachers who can do it anymore. There are no teachers' schools even capable of teaching it anymore.

Classical schools are popping up all over the place — charter, Christian and private.

They hire a lot of people who are not products of education schools.

Homeschoolers have the curricula that has been proven to work—and Saxon math still exists. Other free online math programs are great.

There still are logical, well, developed curricula out there, which are never used in public schools—like the Saxon math—which was rejected by public schools, because it was PROVEN to work. (You should read about the fight John Saxon had with the public school system!!!!)

Government wants illiterates—people who use emotions to decide everything—so they are easily led—they have no understanding of real anything so fall for what the proper “authorities” say-—like the Prussian schools condition them to do.

Now, with the internet—the methodologies that worked, still exist and are at the fingertip of ALL parents—the true teachers. I even own a set of the McGuffey Readers.

Remember-—people like Lincoln had no “teachers” -—he was self-taught—learning to read on the Bible——with his mother, who was uneducated, but knew how to barely read.

Classical Books still exist —I have even used the homeschool Latin courses-—they are excellent.
