I don’t think you can draw parallels with how God deals with Israel and how He deals with the US. God’s relationship with Israel — a covenant relationship — is unique. There is no reason to believe God will cut the US, or any other country for that matter, the same slack as He’s done Israel.
Based on prayer by the Messiah (Mat. 26:39); spoken at this time of year, at a place called Gethsemane, 2,000 years ago.

This book is mostly NOT fiction.
God allowed it — just as he allowed the walls of Jerusalem to be breached and the Israelites conquered.
