Honey Boo Boo show is not as idiotic as a number of shows of similar nature

Boo Boo and her family will take a lot of crap because they are white, Southern, rural, working-class.

Look at all the shows featuring Black Thugs and Black GangBangers....and no one dares to comment on those because “you’re a racist” if you do so. And all the White Guilt Liberals watch that crap because its “multi-cultural”

The HBB family may not be able to solve differential equations...but they sure are not the bottom end of the food chain.

My father would have considered that an excellent example of damning with faint praise.

Something ‘not as idiotic’ as something else seems by definition to be idiotic.

But I’m not going to condemn too loudly, I like watching the Walking Dead.

Um, I don't think they actually do watch those shows.

Which might be one reason why they don't comment on them.
