Well, Hubby cooked some steak for dinner...he know’s how to cook that. :)
I worked today but I actually get a day off for my birthday so I chose to take it tomorrow.
I have three lemon trees LADEN with fruit so I need to pick & process/preserve as much fruit as I can in the next three days.
Can you believe we are actually expected to reach below freezing overnight temps through Tuesday in capital AZ? Holy smokes!
