The Obama administration is considering funding many more police officers in public schools to secure campuses, a leading Democratic senator said, part of a broad gun violence agenda that is likely to include a ban on high-capacity ammunition clips and universal background checks.

Wait a minute - I thought that “more guns in schools” was an “insane” idea.
Is the first dog which follows their kid to school going to be shot?
oh kee-ripes...!!!
Does he ONLY care about kids in NewTown?
Ok, well what abouit every single school in the country?
I know... we can federalize the job ... like TSA officers~!!!
The can become the SSA (School Security Administration)
Then later they can just group all of these agencies and call it... oh, I dunno... the SS
sounds good? or has that been done before...?
I MEAN SERIOUSLY, WHO EVEN THINKS SUCH THINGS?
Oh, wait... it's the White House suggesting it? Brilliant idea. Simply brilliant.
I mean, stunning. Really.
Surrender your constitutional rights and we might consider funding more unionized police.
This action would further entrench the Fed in education, as well would create another layer of bureaucracy voting for the Democrats.
A couple of million Federal employees out of work would put about twenty million citizens back to work including many of those former Federal Employees becoming Private Enterprise employees.
School Boards and the parents should reconsider a federally paid for program of armed guards....they should raise private money for the guards. Whenever possible...stay out of the Fed’s Bed! Obama’s daughters school is heavily guarded........
The paranoid in me sees an armed police guard at a school getting taken out with a 50 cal and then the gun grab will begin in earnest.
“Well, we tried armed guards and since that didn’t work...”
When will the Republicans defend the Constitution?
