Live and talking flu and flu shots. Doc will not take vaccines.
I took flu shot last October. Haven’t got the flu yet, but still plenty of time.
Still listening to Savage tonight. Left him after 30 minutes last night. I do not take flu shots. Had the flu many years ago. Do not trust government insistence to get the vaccine. Too much insane hype.
I didn’t start taking the shot until about 5 years ago. I started getting them after I got the flu for the first time in I don’t know when.
Too late! I feel myself mutating, already.
One rule is to never touch your face where germs can enter. Don’t poke a finger in your eye to wipe a tear or itch. Don’t poke a finger in your nose to pick or wipe. Wash your hands, wash your hands, wash your hands... Once you get home, wash your hands and use tissues to blot eyes and nose. That is the rule I follow.
Think that after going to a grocery or pharmacy, you enter your car and wipe your eye or nose. Don’t do it.
Grocery stores especially. That and my friends’ kids/grandkids is where I pick up most of the illnesses I acquire, it seems.
OMG, had to tell hubby to STOP dipping into the sample dishes in front of the deli counter. He just has to dip his “clean” supplied spoon for his sample.
I know little fingers have been there before.
Don’t shake hands with people!
Hubby was a garage cashier at a big city hospital and observed people. Doctors often used the bathroom and did not wash their hands. He saw people coughing and shaking other peoples hands. A lot goes on when one observes others in a parking lot.
Here it looks like the operation was successful. :)

That reminds me of the stories they tell about Howard Hughes.. he totally isolated himself on the entire floor of a hotel he owned in Las Vegas.
He also owned one of the local TV stations back then. He kinda of used it as a VCR before VCRs were invented.
If he dropped off the sleep he'd call the station and have them rebroadcast the movie despite the station schedule; ditto movies that he wanted to see instead of the scheduled movies.
Vitamin C.. at least 80 percent of vitamin C comes from Red China.. other vitamins are increasingly supplied by Red China

Cili Fruit contains 25mg/g vitamin C which is 60 times more then orange! Cili Fruit is thus known as the "King of Vitamin C".
Cili fruit looks like one of those “What microbes look like” shows!

Yes, I recall a Robert Osbourne intro on TCM to the movie “Ice Station Zebra”, it was one of the favorite movies of Hughes and Vegas residents could not understand why it was played so many times on the station.
