How is it that we do not know the name of the arresting officer and the judge who wants to confiscate the weapons?

Enemies of the Republic should always be identified because some patriots might be compiling a list.

I've posted this thought in other threads. Take a bunch of magazines into DC, get caught with them, and then claim you're a journalist doing investigative journalism.

Or that you're a journalist just breaking into the field trying to deliver them to David Gregory to pitch an idea for an upcoming Special Report. The doctrine of journalists being immune from prosecution has already been established by the DC DA's office. Now it's time to take advantage of it.

For instance, a gang banger could start a blog, get a bunch of his homies to follow it, bring high capacity magazines into DC, and claim journalistic immunity on the same grounds that David Gregory was not prosecuted. What could they say?

“What could they say? “

You have the right to remain silent....... That’s what they would say.

You’re not a liberal journalist who anchors a big network talk show.

Never volunteer information and assume that the cop is your friend.

Good advice.
