But in the last 6-7 years, the Section 8 program has flooded our town with bottom feeders (mostly apartment dwellers on bus lines) and they're destroying our schools, the mall/shopping areas, our neighborhoods and our way of life.

I called the town hall every week for six months about a local house being rented by scumbags and quite frankly most of the town operators were MORE than sympathetic. They live here too.
Eventually, the town took the house owner to court and ***whoosh*** no more scumbags.
