Besides the NRA and GOA limited reports, is there a list on this board that shows the weekly/daily news reports that show how many protect their lives with a legal gun? I see it daily.

If not, it time to start such a list of almost daily reports here who defend themselves with guns.

I read here and other boards daily about good citizens defending against home invasions and others who stand up to the scum in public venues. Let's build a comprehensive list.

I suggest we go back at least 5 years, if not more. Unfortunately, I haven't saved every instance after reading such. I will lead the way if you respond on this board. If not here, you can send me what you know to my FReepmail.

It's time to make our point. The "talking heads" skirt around it, but never give statistics. Let's give the pundits some real life stats about self-defense so they have the complete picture.

First stats should be from public FBI files. Secondly, do research for your particular State.

Check under the Keyword "armedcitizen." When posting self-defense articles, FReepers should add the keyword "armedcitizen" to make the articles easier to find. Many firearm self-defense articles are posted with the "banglist" keyword, which is helpful, however so are many other non-self-defense articles.
