When state lawmakers opened the 2013 General Assembly session Wednesday, the State Capitol rang with commitment for measures about gun control and other issues raised by the Dec. 14 Newtown school massacre.

GOP better listen up! Feinstein’s bill is purposely designed to be so radical that it won’t pass, then Obama gets the Republicans and ‘moderate’ dems to compromise with an assault rifle ban and magazine capacity ban, so they can all go home and talk about what a tough negotiator that they are. My advice, is to watch the old man on Pawn Stars. He offers them $400, they come back at $200, he drops to $350, not go to $250. That is how you negotiate, give up nothing when it comes to the Second Amendment.

You can’t fix stupid.

The other side of the coin, is that *they* are still threatening to publish names of gun owners in the state. An equally stupid idea.

Has there ever been a lawsuit filed when a gun free zone resulted in the death of someone? Sounds like a perfect case for a multi-million dollar lawsuit to me!

The proper answer is to permanently lock up or execute violent predators...especially those who have committed even one crime with a gun.

ONE STRIKE and YOU’RE OUT!

I’m only aware of wrongful deaths suits filed, in the past.

The other side of the coin, is that *they* are still threatening to publish names of gun owners in the state.

The other, other side of the coin is:

This cooperative action between the criminal media and the murdering home invaders, will either convert a lot of brain dead anti-gunners, or simply remove them from the gene pool.

Maybe it's a blessing in disguise.

They need to sue the maker of the “Gun Free Zone” sign as it obviously wasn’t large enough. The murderer never saw it.
