Much of the language is loaded. "Military grade weapons" is an inaccurate description of a semiauto Bushmaster, for example.

Further, are my M-38 Swede Mauser and Swiss K-31 open to being defined under the blanket of "military grade"?

We need people smarter than I am to go through this stuff ahead of time and catalog items likely to be abused, keeping in mind that a total ban is the ultimate goal.

The gun grabbers ARE building a foundation for further steps.

We must stay ahead of them.
