You've failed to read my FR page. I don't live "in town."
I, like many in flyover country, have a sweet well, supplies, and prodigious wildcrafting resources. You can hole up here....though its quite a walk from there.
"Holing up" is a sure-fire way to lose. Just ask the Indians. They knew a ton more about survival living mobile on the land than you do.
Seeing as the experience upon which I'm drawing is at least 3,500 years old and comprised an entire book I wrote on the topic, perhaps you'd best do just a touch more homework before posting.
If you werent a clueless city dweller you would know that those of us outside of town have the things you worry about.
Good luck wandering the wilderness alone. Youll be the first to go. It will sincerely sadden me.
