He wants the debt to go up more because he wants to pay bulls congress gave him, IT;S HIS F-IN congress for the first two years which spent like mad, it;s Reid which has no done a budget and he has no concept how the economy works.
Oh and it;s all those evil republicans who won;t let him do what he wants and spend what he wants.
Now he speaks to them, the press as if he smart and they do not get it and now comes out with a comment about going out to eat and no paying for it.
