I’ve had flu/cold tweice this season.

Last weekend, I was feeling cruddy a third time.

I took four, 10 gram doses of vitC.

I got a ‘little’ stomach upset, mild diarrhea,,,,

a small price for feeling MUCH MUCH better, though.

Is there a delayed reaction in the body to vitamin C? I had terrible stomach cramps last night but hadn’t had vit. c in two days.
