the woman flagged down a truck, she reached inside and stole a cell phone and then ran back into the apartment complex. The driver chased her so she ran back into the parking lot got into the police vehicle and left. The police spotted the vehicle at McDonalds which she then abandoned and ran away on foot before they caught her. When she abandoned the vehicle it was in gear and it backed into a tree.

In a dump truck and a school bus. But never a cop car. Funny thing, the cops frown on using those vehicles too.
