We ought to Cloward-Piven the IRS, and send in so many forms that they grind to an absolute halt. Cripes Almighty, my return last year was 379 pages. I may shoot for 400 this year, just for craps and giggles. I cringe this time of year. I'm not looking forward to my nearly 30% tax liability.
