Excuse me, but I happen to recall asking, “What would I ever write that could possibly fill a 256K disc?”
But you could buy a hole puncher you could make it a 2.88 meg disk. So if you punch a 2nd hole you would get a 5.76 meg and the last hole would give you a 11.53 meg. But like 64k is really 65536 it was rounded down to 10 meg.
That was Bill Gates and the quote was something like, “640k is enough memory for everyone.”
