I believe the above link is the bill the NYS Senate has passed. All full capacity mags are banned, even those produced pre-94. Pump action rifles that accept detachable mags are now assault weapons. There is also a section on criminal possession of a firearms being having more than 10 guns but I may not be interpreting that correctly. Nasty stuff that make law abiding gunowners the scapegoats for the actions nutcases. What a freaking disgrace.

None of those proposed NY state laws will have any effect on gang shootings which is the real problem. And neither do the subsequent 100+ comments from FRs. That’s the power the MSM has over the discussion. Which is why there’s a reference to ghouls in my posting #14.

From the national Highway Safety Administration, in 2011 there were 32,310 people killed by them, in 2010, the number was 32,885. That's 2.716 a month; also more than was killed in Vietman which they have 58,282. So cars obviously kill more than guns, knives, bombs, machine guns, etc. combined!!!!
