Your rights come from God, not elected officials.
YOU want to keep them, then YOU do something.
Oh, some of us are here all right. However, without millions made from business or marrying the right person, how are we supposed to even run for office? I guarantee you I can get up and say what needs to be said eloquently and handle the opposition and the media.
It is not a one-person act either. One has to garner support of like minds and that's where the problem comes in. It is not so much of a lack of leadership as it is a lack of a moral foundation to create proper leaders. Without a large group of Godly people, you're not going to get leadership worth a flip. So, where's the support for getting it done? Crickets chirping....
Well, if you mean the Members of Congress, you are correct. They have not respected, nor operated within, the limits of the Constitution for decades. They are (in this respect) WORSE than Obama, because their consistent treason and lies created the nexus from which an Obama could emerge. Obama is right, in at least this respect - THEY created the financial disaster we face, all by themselves, Republicans and Democrats alike, and in a just world they would fix it, or be hanged.

All around you. Their names are not yet known, except, possibly, for a few who became known to some in Iraq, or Afghanistan.
