Harvey Milk was a Loose End in Jim Jones’ People’s Temple. Not everyone drank the Kool-Aide willingly.
I wonder if Milk was actually a Jones follower or just a typical political whore. Jones had cash and Milk needed it; Milk would jump in bed (forgive the pun) with anyone who could further his cause but I do think his connection with Jones may have been deeper than that.
