I hope you are right. I read the line you quoted and seriously could not envision any dealer I use allowing access to the 4473s in their possession. If you and I are wrong then we are very much screwed.

On another thread I was wondering what the possibility was of getting all FFL’s to destroy 4473’s en masse.
Biden Kiss my Butt!!!
The second time was by an acquantance at a party (also in North Dakota) who was drunk and became angry at his wife. He left the house we were at, went to his house a short distance away (with three of us following him), after threatening to go get his rifle and shoot his wife. He went into his bedroom to obtain the rifle, closing the door behind him. The three of us tried to talk him out of the room, with me standing dead center to the door, and the other two flanking the door in front of me. The individual quickly threw open the door and the rifle preceeded him, with the barrel directly aimed at my face. I turned to the side, grabbed the rifle by the upper stock, and pulled it out of his grasp. The rifle was loaded and off safety. That was a close call.
I don’t want to be a martyr but my doc also said I have about a ten year span left, that was last year, so the clock is ticking. I am not moving anywhere else so that avenue is out. Back someone into a corner with no escape and the result is not pretty for anyone. That is all I intend to say on this subject.
That would be a hard sell. While depriving Them of the info contained on the forms, the FFLs would be subject to serious felony charges for not keeping them available for 20 years. All BATFE would have to do is ask to see them...even just have the box opened to confirm their existence. Or have a warrant ready that was obtained under the pretense of suspecting they'd been destroyed. Most judges would go along with that.
Just wishful dreaming I guess....

Hmmm. In 1777, this gun was capable of firing 16 or 20 balls in 5 seconds. That seems to blow a hole in the libtard argument that the 2A was written within the context of guns capable only of firing single rounds.
Probably the same thought that crossed a number of minds when a plan was hatched to dump a million dollars worth of tea into the harbor that sits a mere 30 miles from where I sit.
Haha, I like that! Give me the porn ammo! The stuff on stripper clips!
The Second Amendment was put in place specifically so the public at large could protect itself from a tyranny that develops at the Federal level. There is no moral justification for tolerating the removal of that safeguard by the very offices the safeguard was intended to stop.
I will fully support any honorable resistance - in any honorable form - to the disarming of the public.
I think this is a trend we need to encourage, get behind and support, eh?
We should also encourage gun makers to move to Texas.
Anything made in the state and sold in the state being beyond the regulation of any authority but Texas.
Wow. The cooler head prevailed and everyone got out alive. It was a good day.:)
Well Cerebus is looking to sell off The Freedom Group.
We’ll takem all!
Yet another good reason for you to be so glad you moved from NY!
FOTFLOL!!!!
