Did they make moving out of state illegal, too?

Gun supporters will be holding a rally at Niagara Square in Downtown Buffalo Saturday morning to protest the new law. There is also already talk of a possible law suit to challenge the constitutionality of the law.

I wish them well, I seriously do.

Ex post facto or bill of attainder, both prohibited under US Constitution.
Article 3, provision 9, I think. But thanks for playing New York.

People are not going to register.

And they can buy guns out of state in states with less restrictive gun laws.

In the end, the politicians will repeal the law when it ends up costing New York revenue.

When all the gun owners move out of the State, where will they get their revenue? Silly me, I forgot Comrade Obama will just print a few more trillion to subsidize his voters.

One of the best cases to prove that “elections have consequences”. The individuals who voted in this restrictive ban are also those people who were elected by New Yorkers to govern (rule) over them. They get what they voted for.

Hopefully, all gun manufacturer’s which are located in any of the states which enact such rules will immediately announce that they are moving to friendlier areas (which generally means right-to-work, low tax,gun friendly states). We welcome all of them to Texas.
