Ann Arbor College Town but also the leading Michigan University. Give you an idea go to your Public Library - The usage of the online card catalog is courtesy of U of Michigan.

It is similar to Univ of Wisconsin Madison, flagship University of the State System. Liberalism runs supreme. Ann Arbor and Ypisilanti (city next door and another home to a Michigan University), guess what these two cities are the seat of the concept Livable wage for the people whom work in the area.

I can already see massive trouble with making doctors the Gestapo. People will no longer report to their doctor any depression or problems. This in itself sets up more crazies to go unreported or people that are no threat whatsoever to be reported because the doc doesn’t want to be liable.

Also, doctors may error on the safe side to avoid trial lawyers. A man may come in depressed, go home and kill his wife with an ax. These records could be used in a trial to make the doctor more responsible than the perp. Who cares what method was used in the slaying?

This EO was a very dangerous one that will lead to problems much larger than the one that was supposed to be cured.

Oh well, that is what dems do. Create problems that need more regressive legislation or EO’s to fail, once again, at solving.

This has been going on for years nothing new, my kids were asked by our Doctor years ago about guns in my house!
There were none as I kept them at my Fathers house because of kids in the home.
No guns but new Doctor! And was called and told why!
And new Doctor was told that personal questions about the family were tabo!
No problems!

Basically, if a person has a serious mental problem and tells his doctor, “Look I have a gun and I get urges to kill people”, I guess the doc SHOULD report it.

However, if my doc asks me wether or not I have guns and if so, how I keep them, I will tell him very politely I understand what Obama is asking him to do and it isn’t his fault. But it isn’t any damn business of Obama’s or anyone else whether I have any, how I might keep them if I do, and what I might have. And I refuse to answer that question.

What we HAVE to be concerned about are INSURANCE companies which may try to REQUIRE that information on our medical records. Those bastards would sell the entire Bill of Rights down the river to save $10.00 in potential litigation or medical costs.

And we can always send the UN door to door if obozo's proposals don't work/sarc?
(link works and there is another in #7)

Exactly. And their response will be more rules, regulations and bans to stop what their ill-advised “cure” caused.

“Executive Orders” do not create or impose law.

Agreed and I said nothing of executive orders. I said talked of new regulations (see new york) and don’t exclude congress.
