This is jurist that belongs on the SCOTUS and instead we have 4 people there doing everything in their power to dilute, negate, and destroy our constitution. God help us restore our government and courts with honest citizens and defenders of liberty and the republic.

I was disappointed that he wasn't nominated by then President Bush.
(He may have been approached and said no.)
I would still be disappointed, but at least would be satisfied knowing that he was asked.

Boy am I ever missing Rehnquist.
