If you’re going to call somebody else an idiot you should take the time to get your facts right. Django Unchained has nothing to do with the Civil War. It’s all antebellum and self contained to the point where we don’t really even know how close the Civil War is.
Maybe you should watch the movie. It spans 1858-1859 and revolves around the plot of freedman Django liberating his wife, who is owned by a cruel plantation owner. So, in a sense, you’re right: it’s not about the civil war, which hasn’t started yet, but it’s not antebellum, it’s prebellum. That said, it’s not a particularly good movie.
