I was just thinking that. Watched part of the conspiracy video going around, which contends the rifle was found in the car. I thought the way a cop was working the action was wrong for an AR15; this shotgun's design explains that movement. A recurring point of conspiracy theories is the presumption that tenuous information gathered in haste is perfect and complete, and that the theorist's understanding thereof is perfect and complete.

Well put. Given NBCs reporting on the Trayvon/Zimmerman case I'm amazed
anyone would trust them to report what compass point to expect a sunrise.

information gathered in haste is perfect and complete, and that the theorist's understanding thereof is perfect and complete. That's very true and I agree.
The confusion is multiplied though when the initial reports came from the Feds. One would think the Fed would not release unverified information.
It is curious though that these weapons in the trunk were discovered early that morning yet they were not removed or secured until later that night.
Vance said they were secured in his mid day press conference....while they were still in the trunk?
Why would they let weapons stay in a trunk of a car all day, is that normal procedure?
