If thats true he should issue every child in America a kevlar helmet and body armor. Makes as much sense as banning semi automatic rifles and 30 round magazines.

Heh...I have a spot of thin hair on top--right where the helmet webbing rubbed the most. Had a bald spot there for years. Wore helmets most of the hours that I was on duty, even though it was only National Guard (training). That's a good idea, though. Better with a somewhat balding spot and safer. LOL!
