Have you been in The Mission District lately? Lots of redevelopment between 16th and 24th. Lot of upscale stuff, so I don't know where the “indigenous” people are going. Ditto for Potrero HIll and the waterfront south of China Basin. New Housing is going in that the "former residents" could not hope to afford.
