Yep. The bars don’t match the numbers. But even if they did the chart is meaningless without comparison to GDP and displaying some historical context such as including the four years before Obama.
One thing the chart does reveal is that the so-called ‘stimulus’ spending of 2009 has continued unabated every year since.
