The one that makes me explode in profanities is this
“America has had many Presidents but only one King” schtick.

Actually, we have already had a King as a President. Gerald Ford's real name was King, before he was adopted by his stepfather.

There has also been a Vice-President King (William Rufus King), who died 6 weeks after taking office in 1853. King County, Washington, used to be named for him (more recently the locals decided that the county's name honors Martin Luther King, Jr.).
