The GOP has been moderated into a coma. Its time for the “moderates” to moderate the party that actually needs it.

It’s time for moderate GOPers to leave the Republican party to the Conservatives, move over t the democrat party and get rid of the lefties.

The GOP actually IS the aprty of the rich, and compared to the rest of the world, individually speaking, most Americans are rich. so, the GOP needs to make the point that they are the party of all Americans, but they won’t, and maybe they can’t. Pop culture has a majority of
Americans convinced that they are poor.

The author misses that point that the past two years Obama play acted like he was reaching out to Rs so he could accuse them of rejecting everything.
He found that an effective tool in getting re-elected, and getting House Rs to give in to crappy deals.

Having got re-elected it looks like O calling for all out war against Rs, his way or the high way, get americans to demand that the GOP do his bidding.

Time will tell what his real play is.

We’ve got democrats openly calling for the political extermination of the GOP and the “moderate republicans” are calling us the extremists for trying to protect the Constitution.

A black man was admonishing people on tv yesterday to “support our President”. - Well, where the President doesn’t contradict the written Word of God; I’ll support him. Where he does, I won’t. - Also, Obama speaks so much “teleprompterese” and says one thing today and something totally opposite tomorrow. So, where the clarion call is not clear, but muddled with contradiction; define “support” of the President.

I’m not a fan of the 3rd party option because I’ve got a pretty good congressman but I can certainly understand the anger at the GOP as a whole.

Conservatives can’t expect miracles if they aren’t willing to work to make them happen. Look at the Michigan miracles lately, they wouldn’t have happened without tea partiers being fully engaged and active from bottom to top.

To me a third party option is very questionable as there are so many parties that claim to be conservative it would be hard to decide which one to choose. What I think the problem is, that we can not, or will not unite.

Exactly. If the conservatives can take back the GOP, they can take back America.

I look down upon stupid people of all colors equally, and I am furious that morons of any color are allowed to vote, and that they are being organized and herded into voting Democratic by a handful of power hungry communists hell bent on destroying our Republic.

RE “Colon” Powell: Mark Twain once said something to the effect that if you picked up a starving dog and made it prosperous, it would not bite you—This being the principal difference between a dog and a man.

Mark Levin has come out against a third party, saying it will offer Dims power for decades to come. As frustrating as the GOPe are, and as hard as it is to hear Mark *sticking with* the Pubbies, he has a valid point.

Conservatives must obtain and maintain the stronghold of this party, to overcome the parasitic socialism infecting both parties. How we do that exactly, I'm not sure. Palin, Rand, West and other true conservatives may hold the key.
