You have accurately described the 3 branches of the FEDERAL government. The constitution describes the 3 branches of STATES and the FED GOV. We had best start to reassert those other oft unmentioned ones or only the fed gov will have any meaningful power.

I can’t stop thinking about this. Where is the opposition to this revolutionary coup? Why are they all silent? So many crimes have been committed, atrociously unconstitional acts - what to speak of massive election fraud and an ineligible president.
Where are they? Are they on board/just greedy/sickening cowards, all of them?
