Nope, and that's the rub. I never thought I would see the US refuse 600,000 b/d of friendly oil and 15,000 jobs.
This oil will get to market. The only question is whether the final destination is Texas or China.
The Kenyan (that's by his own admission) does not want Canadian oil. Canada is a very prosperous, very white, democratic country with a relatively conservative government. We have four strikes against us. It's ok, the Chinese aren't so picky.
