More Massive Winters Expected for the Northern Hemisphere

I did read that Russia was getting -50F temps not long ago.

Europe and China have been having a very bad winter. So will the lower states if the negative AO sets up the jet stream and allows the cold to come down our way. So this article from last year was saying things could be bad when they were still predicting one of the greatest El Nino's of ALL TIME. Jammie Hansen claimed such. Unfortunately we have actually turned the trend into a La Nina cooling. So the fact that Eurasia has been nailed, seems to agree with this article even more so if corrected for the colder La Nina development. Eurasia and Africa represent the vast majority of land with most of it being located far from the stabilizing oceans.

PDO also negative.
