CHARLOTTE, N.C.The Republican Party is looking for advice.
To kick off this week's Republican National Committee's winter strategy session, which will focus in part on how to broaden the party's appeal to women and minority voters, the RNC on Thursday launched a website soliciting ideas and constructive criticism about what the party did wrong in 2012and what it can do better over the next four years.
The site, which is part of its "Growth and Opportunity Project" created to analyze the last election, includes a wide-ranging survey seeking input on things such as whether Republicans should spend more or less time talking about the economy, national security, social issues or taxes. "Do you think the Republican Party shares your values?" it continues, after asking about demographics like race, age and gender. "Do you think the Republican Party listens to voters like you?"
The survey also asks about five areas where it needs improvement: "Diversity within the Party," "The Party's position on issues," "How the Party communicates with voters," "The process of selecting the best candidate" and "The Party's infrastructure and tactics used in campaigns."
Although Republicans dominated the 2010 midterm elections with gains in the House and Senate, Democrats retained control of the White House and Senate, and bolstered their minority in the House just two years later. President Barack Obama won 332 Electoral College votes and, perhaps more alarming for the GOP, enjoyed support from more than 70 percent of Hispanic and more than 95 percent of black voters.
Now, Republicans are keen to learn how to conduct better outreach to minorities and regain a foothold among a new pool of voters.

“I know your works: you are neither cold nor hot. Would that you were either cold or hot!” Revelation 3:15
Sorry...I’m off the GOP plantation.
Nailed it.
Unfortunately, they didn't offer some categories that I'd like to suggest so I guess I'll need to go to their email suggestions at GOProject@gop.com.
No, they aren't. At least not from its BASE.
My advice is buy a constitution, read it and start to live by it. Otherwise buy a knife, sharpen it and slit their throats.
The GOP-e has been passing conservatives around in the same manner as the ‘friendly girl’ is used at a frat house event. Sooner or later; she’ll come to her senses.
This is my reply to the republicans ::::You can fire all the RNC and all the corrupt NO-DIfferent-than-the Democrats that are currently running the republican party. You are no longer the party of the conservative patriotic American. You are just as corrupt as the Democrats and there is not a nickles difference in you all. You do not give a flying flip about the conservative base of the once great republican party. You should stop worrying about the democrats loving you and do what is right for this country for a change. The democrats play you all like a piano. They say boo and you wet your adult depends underwear. You are all pathetic and are working hard to make yourselves irrelevant and will most likely fade away, but , unfortunately , not before handing the constitution over the the marxist illegal alien that currently infests the white house. My contempt for you is only eclipsed by my disgust for you and how you have wasted the opportunity to make this country what it should be. MY greatest suggestion for how you could improve would be that you disband the republican party. You stand for nothing and you are worthless to this county. Enjoy your incestuous relation with the democratic party for your time grows short.Do not add my name or email to any mailing lists you have. I will give you nothing. You are not worth the time it takes to tell you this.
Toward the end of the “survey” they asked for any advice for how to make it better. I suggested that they change the name of the party to the National Whore Party. They are definitely for sale to the highest bidder, are high maintenance, but, unfortunately, penicillin will not cure what is wrong with them. I will now go stand in the time out corner for being very bad. Somehow I do feel better than I have in a while.
The biggest mistake of the GOP is them trying to be more like the Dems — big tent and all.
If the voters want that, they vote Dem.
What WE need is a real alternative to the Dems and their big tent.
The GOPe cannot seem to grasp that.
Despite being neither a woman nor a “minority” voter (yet - in the sense that they intend), I find that the Republican party has absolutely no “appeal” at all. So, there’s nothing there to “broaden.” Maybe they should work on that first?
.... The GOP will be transformed into whatever the Democrat Party and the media want them to become.
Become an opposition party to the Democrats!
If you really don’t know what you stand for, it probably doesn’t really make sense to ask others what you stand for. At this point, an incompetent should simply withdraw rather than ask for help. These are the big leagues.
They dont want my help. They just want my money and my vote. No more.

I’m done with the spineless Republicrat Party. My wife has Republican friends who are also fed up and will cease all donations.
Republicans have sullied Reagan’s legacy. It’s good he’s not around to see them acting like moderate Democrats.
1. Stop stacking the deck on presidential nominations. When people asked me when my state was having our primaries, I responded “The second Tuesday after the election.”
2. Listen to Rush 12-3 every day.
3. Grow a pair. Actually, a bunch of pairs.
4. Stop devouring the good guys. Look at Sarah Palin if you don’t know what I mean.
5. Defend the Constitution. The one for the United States.
6. Defend life.
7. Defend our rights to protect that life ourselves.
8. Stop Obama in his tracks. No open checkbook. No increased spending. If you try and fail, we will understand. If you fake it or don’t try, please don’t call in November.
9. Defund Obamacare.
10. Protect the nation from invaders.
11. Tell us about Benghazi, F&F, and investigate Obama’s identity.
12. Defend true marriage.
13. Force real financial fixes into the forefront. I know the democRats won’t let them pass but at least you’ve done your part.
14. Watch the movie 300. Weekly.
11. Defend conservatives against the media. Vigorously.
