All of the survivors need to be accounted for and they need to testify.

All of the survivors rely on their Top Secret Security Clearances to continue to be employed. They are afraid to talk. Maybe, just maybe they could be forced to testify, but it would be with reluctance. My guess is that only one of the Security people there was a full time career DS Agent. The rest were contract DS Agents who are even more vulnerable to being fired. Maybe and enterprising journalist could get one of them to talk off the record..but I doubt it.
