I admit to being a bit confused on this registration issue. I bought a 9mm at a gun show. I filled out a couple forms, then waited two weeks before the weapon was sent by the manufacturer to a local gun store, where I picked up. A few years later I bought a .38 in a gun shop. I showed the clerk my CCW, and walked out in about five minutes with it. Are these weapons registered a la “Red Dawn?”
