Heading to a pharmacy near you.

I wonder if this will be covered by Obaamacare?

I was wondering that also. Why not, it’s prescribed by a Doctor. More freebies perhaps for his followers.

Also, can it be deducted as a Medical Expense when you itemize?

They took time off from their push to legalize marijuana to rejoin the war on tobacco.

Since there is absolutely no medical reason for a doctor to ever prescribe a cigarette this is just a cigarette ban.

Don’t know the answer but if it’s gonna be a freebie, I may start smoking again!
(Not really, my kids would kill me!)

How does everyone like the nanny state so far? The ruling class politicians are looking out for their “children”. Meanwhile, the potsmoking liberals are still whining about that wascally GOP trying to “take away” their freedoms and liberties. Geez, are those “intellectual” morons stupid or what?

Leftists: legalize pot. Ban tobacco. Strange!

The poor and minorities are more likely to smoke. This could be interesting.

If you had a doc by the throat choking the life out of them wouldn't that be a medical reason?

They would be medical devices then. Slap another 2.3% on ‘em.

Liberty is slavery!

Yet the leftists will deny that taking control of healthcare is only so that they can use it as a tool to control everyone’s behaviour. What doctor would ever perscribe tobacco and then open themselves up to the malpractice lawsuit industry?

And isn’t this one of the states that also wants to decriminalize pot? We’re thru the looking glass, people.
