Senator Menendez is one of the turd-blossoms who sponsored Senate Resolution 511 deeming Senator McCain a “Natural Born Citizen.”
Senate Resolutions do not trump the Constitution. McCain WAS born outside the US jurisdiction in a civilian hospital in Colon, Panama.

You are correct....McCain was not eligible as he was born in a civilian hospital in Panama...on Panamanian territory. A Senate Resolution is not law....and does not trump the US Constitution or even judicial legal precedent.
