Houston Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee is a tough boss. Even she will tell you that.
After all, one former staff member famously told the conservative web site The Daily Caller that the Democratic congressman once declared, Im a queen, and I demand to be treated like one.
A 2011 Texas on the Potomac investigation revealed that Jackson Lee went through more staff more quickly than any other member of the Texas congressional delegation. Now, a new study by the Washington Times found that the veteran Texas Democrat had the highest turnover rate for all of Congress over the past decade.
An average of 53 percent more than half of Jackson Lees staff leave her office every year.

Michelle Bachman has the highest turnover of any Republican.
Some of her Black Ku Klux Klan Racist comments she made after George Zimmerman was attacked by Trayvon Martin.....leaves me no doubt that She’s A Jackass Lee would be a nasty boss
It’s in her DNA. ‘nuff said.
Here are the top ten Texas offices for staff turnover and the annual turnover rate, according to the Times data:
1. Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Houston, 53 percent (national rank: 1)
2. Rep. Pete Olson, R-Sugar Land, 42 percent (5)
3. Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson, D-Dallas, 36 percent (17)
4. Rep. Ted Poe, R-Humble, 35 percent (19)
5. Rep. Jeb Hensarling, R-Dallas, 32 percent (26)
6. Rep. Randy Neugebauer, R-Lubbock, 32 percent (28)
7. Rep. Kay Granger, R-Fort Worth, 31 percent (36)
8. Rep. Lamar Smith, R-San Antonio, 31 percent (37)
9. Former Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, R-Dallas, 31 percent (38)
10. Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Austin, 30 percent (45)
Here are the worst boss’ in Congress. They also have the highest turnover rates. I am surprised to see Michele Bachmann on the list but sometimes being tough is ok. It means that Michele expects her staff to grow and thrive not only at this job but also in life itself. Go Michele! This woman can do no wrong in my book!!!!!
That is pretty high. Especially since most of her employees are relatives.
